Yes - we ship worldwide.Except:Cuba Iran Ukraine North Korea Sudan Syria.We offer all customers free Domestic and International Shipping with tracking.- we want your experience to be as smooth and upfront - just the way we like it.

What are your shipping and processing times?

Standard Shipping Times

USA and Canada: 7 - 14 Business days

Oceania: 7 - 21 Business days

Europe: 5 - 10 Business days

Latin America: 10 - 25 Business days

Other countries: 14 - 30 Business days

We need to take 1-3 days to process the order after you done the payment. We do not ship on weekends.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Unexpected Delays

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.

With busy special occasions including (but not limited to) Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Halloween or Christmas, production and delivery time might extend a few days longer. Our cut-off times should be publicly shown on our website. We do not guarantee the on time arrival or take responsibility for late delivery of orders placed after cut-off dates. 


Customs Tax

It is decided by the different country's policy and should be paid by buyer.
You could leave us a message about the value you want us to write when placing the order.
Usually we write the product as sample and lower value just to help you avoid the customs tax as possible as we can.
You will get the wooden puzzle as your order shows.
